Some more about Green Man Systems

Gardeners are finding that the multi-function Combi system is giving them vastly superior yields in both quality and quantity. The secret lies in the fact that it feeds plants from both top and bottom, while delivering vast amounts of oxygen to the roots. Green Man Combi systems use a 40 litre pot as the basis of the system, and it is in this in which roots can thrive. Even the largest of plants will have plenty of room for enormous root balls, which leads to extreme feeding potential.

The Green Man Flood & Drain System will allow the user to grow very large plants that are capable of very high yields! It uses the universal pots from the Combi system but with a substrate insert to convert it. The system doesn’t use the drip ring or basket, instead creating a 65mm space beneath the insert. This allows maximum oxygenation for the roots between feedings, boosting root health and performance. The pots are great with clay pebbles or 60/40 mix to give fantastic results, but you can use whatever you want. Some growers even use 38L square fabric pots to hold the media, allowing gas exchange, but also allowing you to move the plants easily, if need be.
